If you want to make yourself an oregano tea, you need dried or fresh oregano leaves. If you decide to go with fresh leaves, then you need half a tablespoon of the leaves and two cups of hot water.
But, if you use the dry leaves, you need one tablespoon mixed with two cups of water. Cut the leaves and put them in two different cups. Pour hot water over them.
It needs to stay for five to ten minutes, and then, you should filter the tea. It is ready to consume.
