There are different weight loss strategies that you can follow. Exercising and eating right are among the ways, but detoxifying should not be taken for granted.
So how do you detoxify?
There are plenty of ways, but one of the easiest is through drinking morning lemon elixir. This drink is very simple to create with ingredients that are mostly found in your home. Here are the ingredients that you need:
- 1 cup of water – should be of room temperature
- One tsp. of apple cider vinegar
- One lemon and get the juice
- 1 tsp. of raw honey
- Half an inch of the fresh ginger root.
As an alternative to the fresh ginger root, you can use 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger. Also, if you are on a low sugar diet or you are on yeast cleansing, you should use stevia instead. The important thing here is that you use all the ingredients listed as much as possible and not a processed equivalent.
If you experience some chest rigidity or you don’t feel good afterward, you can remove the apple cider vinegar from the ingredients. Continue drinking without the vinegar and then reintroduce it after three days, but only use half a teaspoon.
