  • 4 tablespoons re-hydrated water kefir grains
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method:

  1. Pour coconut water into a glass jar
  2. Combine with the cinnamon stick and kefir and cover loosely
  3. Allow the mixture to infuse at room temperature for 24 hours. Coconut kefir water is ready for consumption when it turns white
  4. If after tasting you think it’s ready, strain the ingredients and leave the kefir in the fridge for 7 days
  5. If you feel your recipe needs more kefir/cinnamon, add them now
