Detoxification With Papaya

  1. Get rid of the seeds of the papaya after you have washed and sliced it.
  2. Add the yogurt on top of the papaya.
  3. Add the nuts as topping.

This recipe makes one serving.

Papaya Juice

This is a very easy way to detoxify the body, particularly your liver and kidneys. This juice is also great for fighting bacteria and stopping the immune system from responding with inflammation. Here are the things you need:

  • Two Papaya Leaves
  • Filter Cloth
  • Mortar And Pestle

  3. After pounding, obtain the pulp using the filter cloth.
