To make this drink you will need a few ingredients. All of them are very beneficial for your health.
Ginger is very healthy because of its anti-inflammatory properties and is proven to prevent heartburn and nausea.
Coconut milk is also an important ingredient. It is rich in healthy fats and has antimicrobial properties.
Turmeric, the magical ingredient has anti-inflammatory properties which help with digestion and prevent ulcers from forming.

Put all the ingredients except for the honey in a bowl and whisk together. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat it until it starts boiling and bubbling. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Strain out the ginger root, add the honey and enjoy while warm.
